How it works
SpeedBox 1.3 intelligently interposes itself into the system of your EAB to modify the speed sensor signal before it reaches the motor. It acts as a ‘translator’, making your bike think you’re travelling at half your actual speed. For example, if you are travelling at 50 km/h, the display will show 25 km/h, allowing the electric assistance to remain active well beyond its usual limit. Activation and deactivation are simply done using the LIGHT button. This process guarantees continuous, smooth assistance, for a powerful, enhanced ride.
Assembly
Fitting the SpeedBox 1.3 has been designed so that anyone can do it, without the need for complicated tools or advanced technical knowledge. The kit is designed to connect directly to the original connectors on your EAB, making installation almost foolproof. It usually only takes a few minutes to connect the module between the speed sensor and the motor.
