  • Please note: Not compatible with SyncDrive Sport (70 Nm), SyncDrive Core, SyncDrive Life and SyncDrive engines (2017-2021) with 80 Nm.

Features

  • Unlimited unbridling: This module removes the speed limit from the electric assistance, giving you an unlimited maximum speed. A speed of 50 km/h is recommended for an optimal experience.
  • Bluetooth connectivity and mobile application: Connect your VAE to your smartphone (Bluetooth 4.0 or higher) via the SpeedBox application. This application lets you control the tuning, set your own assistance speed limit (up to 99 km/h), record and view your journeys, activate an “invisible mode”, lock the engine and access engine diagnostics.
  • Data display: The mobile app displays actual speed and other riding parameters in real time directly on your phone. The display on your EAB also shows the actual values.
  • Activation/Deactivation: Tuning can be activated or deactivated via the mobile application, the WALK button on your VAE, or a combination of specific buttons. The display of your VAE will show 5.0 km/h (3.1 mph) when tuning is active, and 2.5 km/h (1.6 mph) when deactivated.

Installation and maintenance

  • Installation is disconcertingly simple, thanks to coloured connectors that cannot be misplaced.
  • Detailed instructions and videos are provided to guide you step by step.
  • The module is easy to disassemble if necessary.
  • Crucial tip: We recommend that you ride a new bike for at least 10 km before activating the tuning function. Leave the bike on after each ride until the display shows 0.0 km/h.

How it works

This allows you to bypass the default speed limit, by making the bike’s system think you’re travelling at a lower speed than you actually are. Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity and the SpeedBox application, you have precise control over the settings (including the customisable speed limit) and real-time access to your performance data. This system guarantees smooth, continuous assistance for a powerful, tailor-made ride.

The kit is designed to connect directly to the original connectors on your EAB, making installation almost foolproof. It usually takes just a few minutes to connect the module.
